When I set off climbing the career ladder… there were no female coaches who could relate to all the business and personal challenges of an aspirational female leader. I battled my uncertainties with study and tackled self-doubt with inner work. Blessed with enthusiasm, a mathematical mind and an eye for outstanding team members, I found my way to succeed.

The leadership vision that worked for me was to combine HEART & HARD: my HEART for people with a passion for measurable, HARD results. 

When appointed first female C.O.O. of an 11 bio euro multinational, I decided to one day BE that business coach and HELP WOMEN SUCCEED. Now that is what I do, while still serving on corporate boards. I LOVE IT ALL!
